To provide the most opportunity for our team to have a work/life balance, Allegheny Metallurgical operates on a 28-day-schedule. In that 28-day period, 14 of those days will be work days, and the other 14 will be days off.
There will be a combination of day and night shifts to maximize your opportunity to be home. Out of the 14 days off, at least 7 of those days will be consecutive.
